My grandparents bought a second home in Grand Lake in 1968 and I have been snowmobiling, cross country skiing, boating and fishing there since I was a kid.  This will always be my favorite place on earth.  If we are short on time, we will hike to Adam's Falls for an absolutely breath-taking view of the falls.  If time permits, a day on the lake lends to great fishing, paddle boarding or toodling around the lake in a boat.  If you are a golfer, you must book 18 at the Grand Lake Golf Course.  The beauty and challenge of the course will be an experience you will not soon forget.
